National Association of Patent Attorneys of Ukraine

The National Association of Patent Attorneys of Ukraine (NAPA) is a public organization and a professional community of experts in the field of intellectual property. We unite around 300 professionals, including registered patent attorneys and candidate members of the Association.

Main Areas of Activity:

• Support for the Professional Community – promoting the work of patent attorneys and other IP specialists.
  
  

• Development of the Patent Attorney Institution – contributing to the formation of the professional market and improvement of legislation.
  
  

• Enhancing Professional Competence – organizing educational events, seminars, conferences, and facilitating knowledge exchange.
  
  

• Protection of Rights and Interests – supporting association members in their professional activities, and engaging with governmental and international bodies.
  
  

• International Cooperation – establishing and fostering relationships with professionals from other countries.
  
  

• Dispute Resolution – promoting the effective resolution of professional conflicts.
  
  

• Information Support – preparing and disseminating analytical and methodological materials related to intellectual property protection.
  
  

NAPA actively participates in the professional training and certification of patent attorneys and cooperates with public authorities, civil society organizations, and businesses to develop an effective intellectual property protection system in Ukraine.
